The Meditation Oasis® iSleep Easy Free app offers a selection of three guided meditations designed to facilitate a restful night's sleep. The app provides the option to listen to the meditations with or without accompanying music or nature sounds.

The guided meditations included in the app are:

 <li>Sleep Affirmations: A meditation that helps create the ideal conditions for falling asleep.</li>
 <li>Belly Breathing: An easy exercise that promotes quick relaxation.</li>
 <li>Relax into Sleep: A meditation that facilitates effortless relaxation and deep sleep.</li>

 <li>This app has been developed by Mary Maddux, MS, HTP, and Richard Maddux, renowned for their highly regarded Meditation Oasis podcast, apps, and CDs.</li>
 <li>Mary and Richard draw from their extensive experience of over 30 years in meditation practice and teaching to create their guided meditations and music.</li>
 <li>In addition to her meditation teachings, Mary has worked as a counselor and healing arts practitioner in both conventional and alternative settings.</li>
 <li>Richard, on the other hand, has dedicated his life to playing and composing music that is specially crafted for meditation, relaxation, and healing purposes.</li>
